PAYMENT

You can pay for your order two different ways:

Interac e-Transfer (Online Banking):

 

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and payment instructions to send your transfer. 

​

COD (Cash-on-Delivery):

​

We will automatically process your order and send it to your nearest Canada Post office.*

Once your package is available, you will receive a notice in your mailbox indicating the pick-up time and post office address. Upon arrival at the post office, you can pay for your order total with cash, credit, or debit.

During the check-out process, please make sure you are choosing the correct payment (e-Transfer or COD) which will be alongside the shipping types (Expedited/Xpresspost/Priority). This will ensure speedy order processing and delivery. Any incorrectly placed payment/shipping options may take additional time to process and ship.

*Please note that there is an additional $9 fee for COD service, which is already added to your Total during checkout. Identification and Proof of Age (18+) is required when picking up your package from the post office. On rare occasions, some Canada Post locations do not accept credit card for COD. If you are unsure, please check with your local Canada Post office ahead of time.

RETURN POLICY

Any product that is unopened may be returned to us for a full credit within 30 days from the ship date. Items must be returned in an undamaged and untampered condition. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and tracking of the returned product.

 

We do no accept returned items that have been opened or are being returned as a matter of preference.
