HOURS OF OPERATION
We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time).
SHIPPING
Shipping Locations
We ship from our warehouse in Mesa, AZ, to all locations across the U.S.
Order Processing Deadline
Orders and payments received before 12:00 PM (noon) PST, Monday to Friday, will ship the same afternoon. Orders received after the above cutoff time or on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Please note that we can not expedite last-minute orders that are placed after our deadline.
Discreet Shipping
Your order is discreetly shipped in a plain, unmarked package with no mention of our company name or the products you purchased.
Tracking Information
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, which is usually beween 4:00-6:00 PM PST. This email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.
Please note that tracking updates can be delayed. We cannot assist with your package while it is in transit unless it is past the Guaranteed Delivery Date or tracking says ‘Verify Recipient’s Address’. If this is the case, please contact us.
Please note that due to our volume of inquiries, we will not respond to emails sent before 6:00 PM PST requesting tracking information for same-day shipments. If you still have not received your tracking by the following morning, please contact us immediately.
RETURN POLICY
Any product that is unopened may be returned to us for a full credit within 30 days from the ship date. Items must be returned in an undamaged and untampered condition. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and tracking of the returned product.
We do no accept returned items that have been opened or are being returned as a matter of preference.
